It is a purpose-driven emerging micro-enterprise whose vision is to offer investigative solutions to our clients in the ’green-fields’, namely semi-rural and peri-urban areas, in the most professional manner. Furthermore, Paketam will deploy a CRM tool in a quest to bring about better information/improved business processes.
Paketam Assessing Services has identified insurance fraud as one of the major contribution to the escalating insurance premium, per South African Insurance Crime Bureau (SAICB). More specifically, rural and peri-urban are vulnerable to this scourge. To address the status quo, Paketam is best placed to bring these fraudsters to justice.
